Acceptance of these terms
By using actmorehuman.com or any of our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Using the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, access it through automated means that burden our infrastructure, scrape it at scale, or infringe others' rights. We may suspend access that violates these terms.
Guides and templates
Our free guides and prompt templates are provided for your personal and internal business use. You are welcome to use and adapt the prompts in your own work with AI tools. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish our guides or templates as your own product.
Paid services
We offer paid services such as one-on-one custom help and company-voice development. The scope, deliverables, and price of each service are described on its service page at the time you purchase. We aim to deliver as described and within the timeframes stated, which depend in part on your timely input (for example, scheduling a call or providing requested materials).
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars on the relevant service page and are charged at purchase unless stated otherwise. Because our services are custom and begin promptly, fees are generally non-refundable once work has started. If something goes wrong on our end or a service is not delivered, contact us and we will make it right — including a refund where appropriate.
Intellectual property
The site's design, text, logos, and original content are owned by Act More Human and protected by intellectual-property laws. Deliverables we create specifically for you under a paid service become yours to use once payment is complete, while the underlying methods, know-how, and reusable templates remain ours.
AI output disclaimer
Our guides and prompts help you configure third-party AI tools, but we do not control those tools or their output. AI assistants can produce inaccurate or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any AI output, and for complying with the terms of the AI providers you use.
Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Act More Human will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before it arose.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
