Act More Human for Microsoft Teams
Draft in your organisation's voice without leaving Teams
Ask in a chat with Act More Human, from a message menu or by mentioning it in a channel. The draft arrives in your own chat, and nothing is posted until you choose Post.
A Microsoft 365 administrator adds it once for the whole Microsoft 365 organisation. An Act More Human owner on any paid plan signs in first, then the administrator approves.

Act More Human
Quick change of plan: the launch moves to Thursday. Support gets a full day with the new docs first, and nothing changes for customers. If Thursday clashes with anything on your side, tell me today.

Four ways to ask
Each one writes in your default voice, and you can choose a different voice for any request.
Write in your chat
Open your personal chat with Act More Human and send
writefollowed by a short brief, or just the brief on its own.Rewrite your own text
Send
rewritefollowed by text you've already written, and Act More Human reworks it in your voice.Rewrite a message
Open the ⋯ menu on any message and choose Rewrite in voice. The window opens at once and the draft arrives in your chat.
Mention it in a channel or group chat
Mention @Act More Human and say what you need. It reads up to 15 recent messages of that conversation to write one reply, and stores none of them.
Nothing goes out until you say so
Only you see the draft
Teams can't show a bot's reply to just one person in a channel, so every draft is delivered to your own chat with Act More Human, where only you can see it. Nothing generated is ever posted in the channel.
You decide what happens
Choose Post, ask for another version with Try again, or choose Cancel. To make your own changes first, copy the draft and post it yourself.
It goes out under your name
Post publishes the draft as you, never as the app: as a reply in the thread where you asked, or in a chat or channel you choose. The first time, Microsoft asks you to let Act More Human post for you.
What we keep, and for how long
Read the full privacy policy- Your brief and the draft
- Kept for 30 days so you can find them again, then deleted. Only you can read them, in your Act More Human account. Your organisation's owners see that you asked, never what you wrote.
- Messages read for context
- When you mention the app in a channel or group chat, we read recent messages to write that one reply. We never store them.
- Your work email address
- We use it to match you to your Act More Human account, so your organisation's voices and limits apply to you.
- No training
- We never train an AI model on anything from Teams, ours or anyone else's.
- Your permission to post
- To post for you, we keep a refresh token, stored sealed. We delete it when you disconnect.
